- Digital products or gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will arrange free return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking or store credit.
