Eligibility for Returns
You may
request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective,
or incorrect.
- The product is unused,
in its original packaging, and with all tags and
accessories intact.
- The return request is made
within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items
The
following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used,
damaged by the customer, or altered.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food,
flowers).
- Personal care items (e.g.,
cosmetics, undergarments).
- Digital products or gift cards.
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” on
the product page.
3. How to
Request a Return
To initiate
a return:

- Provide your order
number, reason for return, and photos (if
applicable).
- Our team will review your
request and guide you through the return process.
4. Return
Shipping
- If the return is due to our
error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will arrange free return
shipping.
- If the return is due to a change
of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund
Process
- Once we receive and inspect the
returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- If approved, your refund will be
processed within 7–10 business days via your original
payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery
(COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking or store
credit.

Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for eligible
items based on availability.
- If the replacement item is
unavailable, a refund will be issued.
